This large frog which grows up to 26 cm is mainly found in forests and forest edges. Its grey, brown or greenish skin is warty when young, but becomes smooth as an adult. Its body is robust and hind legs muscular.

Habitat
Mainly found in the forest, but at night, it can be found in puddles or wet grass in forest clearings.
