Saint Andrew's Cross Toadlet

This rare species inhabits primary forests. Adults of this tiny species measures just 25mm, and are named for the cross-shaped pattern of bands on their backs. Their backs are mottled brown, with several orange or yellow spots.
Habitat Largely confined to lowland primary forest. Eggs are laid in small accumulations of water in the crooks of trees.
